Fed Supply is seeking an organized administrative support professional to assist the legal department. This role will involve managing files, communicating with internal and external parties, and ensuring organized document management, integral to supporting the Vice-President's operations. A successful candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and be bilingual in French and English.

Your mission : to support, structure and advance legal files.
Working directly with the Senior Vice President, you will play a central role in the administrative management of the legal department. On a daily basis, you will be the point of contact for organizing information, ensuring follow-ups, producing quality documents and maintaining impeccable organization.
What you'll do :
Manage the department's administrative files methodically and efficiently.
Write, revise and format various documents (letters, presentations, etc.)
Carry out basic research to support file preparation
Ensure structured document management and follow-up of shared e-mails
Provide direct support to the Vice-President in managing her agenda, e-mails and meetings
Follow-up with internal and external parties, and coordinate the collection of signatures
Manage invoice approvals and processing
Support paralegals in renewing permits and licenses

Act as resource person for various clerical and coordination tasks
