This position will be responsible for providing clerical, technical, administrative and communication support to a fast-paced professional team. This position requires a strong collaborator with a high degree of initiative and confidentiality; communication, organizational and proofreading skills; who can function effectively within a busy office environment. Fluency in English is required and fluency in French is an asset.

This is a Full-Time permanent position Monday to Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm schedule.

THE ROLE Provides clerical and administrative support to all departmentsManages inquiries from customers in a timely, efficient, and professional mannerPerforms general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, preparing packages for couriers, inventory and maintenance requestsResponsible for all filing, credit card processingCreate and send invoices to clients for services renderedAccounts Receivables – follow up with clients on overdue payments, sending reminders and facilitating the collection processStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskPerform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of administrative experience is requiredFluency in English is requiredFluency in French is an assetStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office / Suite and Microsoft 365 is requiredVerified Clear Criminal Background Check is required WHAT WE OFFER $20.00 per hour plus 4% vacation payOccupational Health & Safety TrainingPrompt weekly payroll through direct deposit only REFER TALENT, GET REWARDED.
