Job summary

A licensed children's care facility in Edmonton is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to oversee a variety of operational duties. This full-time position requires 2-3 years of experience and will involve coordinating administrative services and supervising staff. Strong interpersonal skills and organization are vital for success in this role. The salary is $58.00 hourly, with a requirement to work on site.

Qualifications

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Candidates must complete work at the physical location.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate administrative services.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff.
