Ops & IS Services within UCalgary Continuing Education is currently seeking a Recurring Part-time Administrative & Financial Assistant.
The Administrative & Financial Assistant reports to the Director of Business Operations and supports the accounting team in daily operations that follow the financial requirements of the department and the institution. The incumbent will work with a dynamic, interdisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to the educational needs and goals of the students who participate in courses and programs of study
This is a recurring part-time position, the average hours of work per week are between 15-20, which may increase or decrease, dependent on business cycles.
Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):
