Job description

Administrative and Customer Service Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide professional customer support.
  • Process sales receipts and invoices using Lightspeed.
  • Handle warranty claims and efficiently manage the company’s Google Calendar.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining Marketing & Digital Presence
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media campaigns (Facebook / Instagram) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Update and maintain website product descriptions and other content for accuracy and appeal.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and budgeting.

What We’re Looking For :

Proficiency in English for clear communication and instructions.

Experience with Lightspeed (or willingness to learn).

Knowledge of Sage50 accounting software.
