This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence 4 days per week.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to departmental leaders and coordinate team-wide communications
  • Organize and maintain accurate project records, and assist in their preparation
  • Manage team calendars and meeting logistics to support cross-functional collaboration
  • Coordinate and book travel for team members in alignment with company policies
  • Support financial and business affairs administration tasks
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of related experience in office administration or event production
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong familiarity with video conferencing and collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience working in a confidential and professional manner
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a solutions-oriented approach
  • A valid driver’s license is considered an asset
