Job description

Position: Administrative Coordinator
Salary: $20
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Lachine
Duration: 6 months contract with strong possibility of extension!

Do you like office work? Do you enjoy a diversity of tasks? A company in the transportation field in Lachine is currently looking for a bilingual office clerk to support its administrative team for a long temporary period with the possibility of permanence.

Responsibilities

  1. Data entry related to the merchandise
  2. Responsible for Check-ins and Check-outs of shipments and drivers
  3. Taking calls for information related to delivery, merchandise, pickup, etc.
  4. Ensure good follow-up of emails for one-off requests
  5. Creation of scorecards
  6. Ordering office supplies

Qualifications

The Administrative Coordinator must have the following qualifications:

  1. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in an administrative position
  2. Good command of computer software
  3. Resourceful and autonomous
  4. Comfortable communicating in French and English; English is required because it is a Canadian company, and internal communication with clients and internal employees can be in English
