*Onsite position in our Dorval, QC office and can be either Full-time or Part-time (22.5 hours/week).

KASI Aviation Services, a Hexagon Company, is a leader in aerial survey. We are a global organization focused on teamwork and collaboration.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Administrative Coordinator will support the coordination of operations and maintenance activities and serve as a resource person. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to the President.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The candidate should have a strong foundation in management support, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skills in problem solving, judgment, creativity, initiative, tact, and discretion are essential. The candidate must manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and interact confidently with all management levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, are required.
