As our new Administrative Coordinator joining our Team, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for team members, residents, families, and visitors.
- Create exceptional customer experiences for incoming queries, manage office and village supplies, create documents for team members, and support other administrative team members.
- Foster exemplary relationships with residents, their families, and the Village team, supporting the Village's holistic care approach.
- Provide support to the administrative team and act as the first point of contact for team member questions about schedules, call-ins, and open shifts.
- Connect with team members about shift availability and support the administrative functions of the village.
- Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture, delivering high-quality service to residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive administrative support.
To Be Successful, You Will:
- Have an office administration certificate or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Show thorough attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other computer programs.
- Be excited about our objectives, Village philosophy, and family values.
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and team members.
It Would Be An Asset If You Have:
- Previous experience working in a Long-Term Care or Retirement Home.
