Salary: $1,230 biweekly / 35 hours per week

Terms of employment: Part-time leading to full-time, from September 2, 2025, to September 1, 2026

Responsibilities
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases
  • Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • Label, file and retrieve documents
  • Locate and remove files requested
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1 to 2 years in similar roles.

Computer skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Windows.

Equipment: Scanner.
