Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly billing for customer.
  • Create specialized reports based on customer needs and audit inbound/outbound reports.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and data entry.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules.
  • Coordinate customer physical inventory and resolve inventory issues.
  • Develop new account setups for WMS and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports.
  • Manage and coordinate staff meetings and training.

Essential Functions

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly billing for customer.
