Are you a customer service focused administrative professional with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities?
This Administrative Assistant is often the first point of contact for all waste and recycling inquiries and provides friendly service to everyone. Your enthusiasm for environmental sustainability and exceptional customer service will provide residents of Cochrane information about Town waste and recycling initiatives.
The successful candidate is an organized administrative professional with strong attention to detail and knowledge of the Eco Centre, waste and recycling collection services and other solid waste programming. You are eager to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on a variety of tasks and projects.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Waste & Recycling, this position performs administrative duties for the Waste & Recycling Section and assists the Operational Facilities Office as a back-up with administrative work.
Note: This is a permanent, part-time position working 30 hours/week (Mon-Fri 8:00am-3:00pm).
