Our amazing team at Urban Smiles Victoria is looking for a friendly, full-time Administrative Assistant to join us! We are a boutique-style dental office nestled in the heart of downtown Victoria. Our patient-focused team is committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. We work closely together to ensure every patient’s visit is smooth, comfortable, and positive.

One of our wonderful admin team members is moving across the country to be closer to family. We will miss her greatly, but this creates an exciting opportunity for someone new to join our work family!

Position Overview

As the first smiling face (or friendly voice!) our patients see or hear—whether in person, on the phone, or via email—you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for someone warm, professional, and passionate about helping people feel cared for. Your strong organizational skills will keep the daily flow of the office running smoothly.

While dental experience is a plus, the most important qualities are positivity and a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
