Here at Township Road Family Dental Centre, we have a combined 24 years of experience among our doctors, allowing us to provide quality dental care tailored to each patient's unique needs. Our qualified team offers a wide range of services including general, cosmetic, surgical, and more. Emergency services are also available for urgent dental care, even on the same day.

Located conveniently in Leduc, just 20 minutes south of Edmonton.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract until June 2026.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:15 am - 5:15 pm, with occasional Friday shifts from 7:45 am - 3:15 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, creating a positive first impression
  • Optimize appointment scheduling to ensure full days with minimal gaps
  • Manage recall systems and maintain patient databases accurately
  • Handle patient calls regarding appointments, confirmations, and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and patient correspondence; manage and file records

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Clinical background and experience with dental software are considered assets
