About The Opportunity

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Director by coordinating daily operations, establishing procedures, and acting as a liaison within the portfolio and across the health authority. The role includes supporting committees, tracking projects, preparing reports and budgets, managing supplies, and maintaining information. The position emphasizes relationship management and customer service skills.

About You

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A post-secondary diploma in office administration, business administration, or secretarial program; undergraduate degree is an asset.
  • IAAP certification is an asset.
  • 5-7 years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably within healthcare or research settings, supporting directors and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced skills in office practices, technology, and meeting tools.
  • Language skills in other languages, especially French, are assets.
  • Experience with meeting planning technology to improve efficiency.
