About the Opportunity

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Director, coordinating daily operations of the Director’s office. Responsibilities include managing administrative activities, establishing procedures, liaising with other administrative assistants, and supporting committees, groups, and members of the cancer Leadership Group as needed.

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A post-secondary diploma in office administration, business administration, or secretarial studies
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting executives
  • An undergraduate degree is an asset
  • Certification from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is an asset
  • Experience in healthcare and with an integrated service model across multiple locations is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Advanced skills in office practices, technology, and meeting management
  • Experience using technology to improve meeting planning and information management
  • Proficiency in additional languages, with French preferred

  • Permanent full-time; 75 hours biweekly

  • Hybrid work schedule (remote and on-site)

Compensation and Benefits
  • $24.26 - $30.32 hourly
