Introduction

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support Financial Planners in developing new wealth management business acquisitions and relationships in target markets. You will play a key role in executing daily operational activities, providing timely support, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Additionally, you will contribute to a national Administration team, supporting business growth and client servicing.

  • Assist operational excellence through daily administrative tasks.

  • Build cross-functional partnerships as a Trusted Business Partner to optimize outcomes.
  • Consider the Bank’s risk appetite and culture in daily tasks and decisions.
  • Ensure effective operations and adherence to controls related to operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk, following relevant frameworks and guidelines.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, inclusive work environment.

  • Mutual Fund License required.
