Introduction

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support Financial Planners in developing new wealth management business acquisitions and client relationships in target markets. You will play a key role in executing daily operational activities, providing timely support, and delivering exceptional client service to help grow and service the client base. You will also contribute to a national Administrative team.

  • Support the execution of capacity enablers (National Practice Standards) for Financial Planners to grow their portfolios.
  • Assist in operational excellence through daily administrative tasks.
  • Deliver service excellence by providing exceptional client experiences.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships as a Trusted Business Partner to optimize outcomes.
  • Consider the bank's risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decisions.
  • Ensure effective operations and compliance with risk management, AML/ATF regulations, and conduct standards.
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive work environment.

  • Mutual Fund License is required.
