What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage CRM workflows and back-end administration of HubSpot, including lead routing and deal setup
- Ensure data integrity by auditing and cleaning sales data for accurate reporting and forecasting
- Coordinate sales meetings, prepare necessary documents, and manage follow-ups and action items
- Identify and implement process improvements in sales operations and documentation
- Conduct lead research and assist in sales engagement activities, including outreach and event participation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in sales administration within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM; HubSpot certifications are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with multiple teams
