Job Description
We are seeking a professional andorganized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support the President ofUnscripted & Kids & Family on a part-time basis. This role requiresexcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manageday-to-day administrative tasks and support office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general inquiriesin a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetingarrangements for the President.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travellogistics.
- Provide general administrative support including documentpreparation, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area and meetingspaces are organized and presentable.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and othermaterials using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Support internal communications and assist with light contentcreation using tools such as Canva (an asset).
- Use project management tools to support ongoing team projects (anasset).
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention todetail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple prioritieseffectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools and Canva is an asset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity andprofessionalism.
- Part-time position with possible growth into full-time (schedule tobe determined).
- In-office presence is required to manage reception and supporton-site needs.
