Purpose of the position

We hire good-hearted people, with strong team spirit and who care about customer service.We are looking for a full-time assistant / receptionist 32 hours per week, daytime for our Le Coin St-Paul residence in Trois-Rivières. Schedule : 8 : 00 to 4 : 00 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Greet visitors
  • Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Make appointments
  • Prepare and send occasional mail outs
  • Manage the sale of meal vouchers and manage the petty cash related thereto
  • Maintain good relationships with the residents
  • Receive and redirect incoming calls

The ideal person has :

  • Enjoy contact with people
  • Professional, dynamic, responsible and committed attitude
  • Good judgment and priority management
  • Good sense of organization

Required qualifications :

  • A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
