This administrative support role is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and supporting the Financial Advisor team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent administrative skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make prompt, pragmatic choices that prioritize client needs.
- Manage and maintain all paperwork, documents, and files;
- Prepare professional correspondence and reports;
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner;
- Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments;
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;
- Manage our WOW service client program;
- Initiate and manage a proactive social media campaign.

Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience;
- Post-secondary education;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet Explorer, and business-related software;
- Previous experience using Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube);
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
- The ability to learn independently;
- A proactive self-starter with a 'can do' attitude;
- Pay meticulous attention to detail;
- Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and tasks;
- Work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner.
Assets :
- Previous experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software;
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
