Duties

  • Answer phone and email inquiries

  • Prepare agendas, record minutes and conduct OH&S meetings
  • Order office supplies, cleaning products and employee protective equipment
  • Data entry for accounts payable
  • Conduct credit checks
  • Assist logistics team as required
  • Assist HR as required
