A municipal government office in Mississauga is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to its Library Leadership Team. The candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint is essential. This full-time position requires on-site work, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Reporting to the Manager, Central Library and Community Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative and clerical support to the Library Leadership Team. Using advanced computer skills and strong organizational abilities, the successful candidate will provide assistance in the efficient day-to-day operation of the Library.
Please note: This position is required to be on-site Monday to Friday working hours between 8:30am to 5:00pm
Hourly Rate/Salary:$53,354 - $71,139
Hours of Work:35 hours per week
