A leading company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior executives in land development.   • Support the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Land Development with administrative tasks.
  • Organize meetings and prepare accurate Minutes.
  • Maintain effective filing systems for active projects.

Job description

  • Support the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Land Development by providing all day-to-day administrative and land acquisition support activities, both internal and external to the office environment, as and when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the project managers and project coordinator(s), working closely together to process information so as to set daily, weekly and quarterly priorities, establish and meet deadlines.
  • Arrange, confirm and prepare for meetings for the team.
  • Prepare for and attend internal project meetings and prepare accurate Minutes for use by internal staff
  • Prepare letters, presentations and reports for internal and external use.
  • Assist the Land Development team by following up with consultants and municipalities to ensure that project timeline schedules are maintained and / or achieved.
  • Organize and maintain an effective paper and an electronic filing system designed to accommodate a large number of active development projects.
  • General office administration including invoices processing.
