Make an impact with our Human Resource Consulting team as an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the HR Consulting Team and Senior Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics.
- Preparing and editing reports, engagement letters, presentations, and client documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Acting as a point of contact for the team, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Answering incoming calls, redirect to the appropriate consultant, or handle inquiries independently as needed.
- Fostering strong relationships and provide culturally appropriate support when communicating with clients.
- Supporting the monthly invoicing processes, including reporting, preparation, sending and accounts receivables follow ups.
- Compiling, analyzing, and generating reports for internal and client-facing use.
- Maintaining and organizing confidential records, files, and databases.
- Maintaining and updating of our CRM system, project management database, and other systems.
- Marketing support including the oversight of digital mailers, website maintenance, event coordination and analytics & reporting.
- Supporting event planning for internal meetings, client workshops, and company events.
Skills And Experience- 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in project administration, HR, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook).
- Experience with CRM tools, and/or sales tracking systems, and comfortability in learning to use new software programs.
- A high attention to detail, with experience in invoicing, financial tracking and reporting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of Indigenous cultures, traditions, and communities, or willing to learn.
- Passion for and ability to demonstrate a commitment to our purpose and guiding principles.

The annual salary range for this position is: $49,000 - $67,500. Compensation is determined based on individual skills and relevant experience.
