POSITION TITLE:
Administrative Assistant
REPORTS TO:
Administrative Manager or Health Services Manager
LOCATION:
Legacies Health Centre Nordel
STATUS:
Full Time Temporary
HOURS OF WORK:

Monday to Friday 12:45pm to 8:45 pm

Effective Date:

ASAP

Summary
  • Temporary full-time hours available until mid-October, with the possibility of extension or additional shifts at LHC Nordel or other BiM/LHC locations, including shifts over 7 days per week from 7am-9pm.
  • Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license is an asset, as occasional travel to other locations may be required. Flexibility to work at different sites is appreciated.
  • We seek a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will remain calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism and compassion in client interactions.
