Job description

POSITION TITLE : Administrative Assistant

REPORTS TO : Administrative Manager or Health Services Manager

LOCATION : Legacies Health Centre Nordel

STATUS : Full Time Temporary

HOURS OF WORK : Monday to Friday 12:45 pm to 8:45 pm

EFFECTIVE DATE : ASAP

SUMMARY

  • Temporary full-time hours available until mid-October, with the possibility of extension or additional shifts at LHC Nordel or other BiM / LHC locations. Opportunities may include shifts over 7 days per week from 7 am to 9 pm. Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license is an asset, as occasional travel to other locations may be required. Flexibility to work at alternate sites is appreciated.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential. The candidate should be calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism and compassion in client interactions.
