The Administrator, works a rotational schedule 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off reporting to the Manager, and is responsible for exhibiting polite and professional communication with clients; must collaborate with housekeeping team, guest services and management on a regular basis.

Your Work Will Include

  • Coordinating new hire orientation onsite including JHA’s, Site specific rules and emergency protocols, etc and assisting with up to date training for existing employees.
  • Works with site leadership team to develop continuous improvement plans.
  • Ensuring consistency with administration duties including but not limited to attendance boards, catering request, payroll, LEM’s, and inputting safety data.
  • Write, edit and scan documents for tracking
  • General clerical tasks as requested from Lodge Manager

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Advanced Excel and Outlook are necessary
  • Organizing and prioritizing are the core elements of this role. You must know how to keep yourself organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important.
  • Writing with excellent spelling, punctuation, sentence structure. Must be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to education and more.
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.

Qualifications:

  • G License with a clean drivers abstract
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience working at a remote site an asset
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
