The Administrator works a rotational schedule 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, reporting to the Manager, and is responsible for exhibiting polite and professional communication with clients; must collaborate with housekeeping team, guest services and management on a regular basis.

Your work will include:

  • Coordinating new hire orientation onsite including JHA’s, site-specific rules and emergency protocols, etc., and assisting with up-to-date training for existing employees.
  • Working with the site leadership team to develop continuous improvement plans.
  • Ensuring consistency with administrative duties including attendance boards, catering requests, payroll, LEM’s, and inputting safety data.
  • Writing, editing, and scanning documents for tracking.
  • Performing general clerical tasks as requested from Lodge Manager.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Advanced Excel and Outlook are necessary.
  • Organizing and prioritizing are the core elements of this role. You must know how to keep yourself organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important.
  • Writing with excellent spelling, punctuation, sentence structure. Must be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to education and more.
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • G License with a clean driver’s abstract.
  • Previous experience working at a remote site is an asset.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
