Your opportunity :
As part of the Department of Psychiatry, which is one of the largest in the world, you will support Faculty Development and Continuing Professional and Practice Development (CPPD). These programs aim to enhance academic and clinical excellence through various educational initiatives, both in-person and virtual.
Your role as Administrative Assistant involves supporting the delivery of programs and events, managing logistics, maintaining digital content, and preparing communications to ensure smooth operations and positive participant experiences.
You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, provide administrative support such as scheduling, drafting documents, and coordinating projects. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
