Role Summary: NearSource is hiring for a 6-month, on-site administrative support role focused on office operations and facilities coordination. The selected candidate will support day-to-day tasks, including reception, meeting setups, event logistics, and facility upkeep within a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support front-desk operations and manage reception coverage
  • Coordinate office supply inventory, procurement, and organization
  • Set up and tear down meeting rooms and internal events
  • Assist with facilities-related tasks, including minor maintenance coordination and vendor scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe office environment
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds as required for events or setups
  • Collaborate with teams to support daily office functions and special projects
  • Follow safety and maintenance protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency
