Salary

The salary range for this position is CAD $29.30 - $38.45 per hour.

We are currently seeking a Relief Full-Time Administrative Assistant, Executive Director/Executive Medical Director at Central City Tower in Surrey, B.C.

Position Overview

Supports the Fraser Health vision by providing administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating workflows. Acts as a liaison between the Executive Director and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Drafts and types correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Researches and summarizes support materials, generates detailed reports
  • Handles sensitive inquiries, manages calendars, and schedules meetings
  • Coordinates workflows, reviews confidential information, and follows up on issues
  • Develops new procedures, monitors budgets, and arranges meetings
  • Maintains records and filing systems
Qualifications

Education and Experience: Grade 12 plus graduation from a recognized administrative or secretarial program, with five years of relevant experience or equivalent.

Competencies: Demonstrates Fraser Health leadership practices, including being clear, caring, and courageous. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively.

Technical Skills: Typing speed of 55 w.p.m., proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to operate office equipment, and physical capability to perform job duties.
