An established industry player is seeking a Relief Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director in Surrey, B.C. The salary range for this position is CAD $29.30 - $38.45 per hour.
We are currently seeking a Relief Full-Time Administrative Assistant, Executive Director/Executive Medical Director at Central City Tower in Surrey, B.C.
About Surrey: A thriving city known for its abundant parkland, premier golf courses, and rural charm. Surrey is one of Canada's fastest-growing cities, comparable in size to Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby combined, with over 6,000 acres of parkland and 15 golf courses. Despite its growth, Surrey retains a rural feel, with about 35% of land still farmed.
Supports the Fraser Health vision by providing administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating workflows. Acts as a liaison between the Executive Director and various stakeholders.
Education and Experience: Grade 12 plus graduation from a recognized administrative or secretarial program, with five years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Competencies: Demonstrates Fraser Health leadership practices, including being clear, caring, and courageous. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively.
Technical Skills: Typing speed of 55 w.p.m., proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to operate office equipment, and physical capability to perform job duties.
