The Regional District of Central Okanagan seeks an Office Administrator to join its Development Services team. This full-time position involves providing exceptional front-line service and administrative support, requiring a certificate or diploma in Office Administration and proficiency in software like MS Office. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service in a collaborative environment.

As the successful candidate, you will provide support services related to the day-to-day operation of Planning and Inspection Services and assist with activities and projects to support the Department's mandate.
The ideal candidate will have a certificate or diploma in Office Administration and at least 1 year of experience. You should be customer service-focused with good judgment, strong organization and time management skills, and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Vadim, City Reporter, ArcMap, and Adobe is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work within a team environment, are essential.
This is a CUPE Local 338, full-time, permanent position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The hourly wage is $35.27.
