Job description

Reporting to the Administrator of Housing, this role provides vital and active communication to tenants, staff, contractors, volunteers, and visitors. This is a professional, highly customer service focused position.

Duties:

  • Accurately and efficiently answer phone calls, provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • General and specific administrative support as required and assigned by the Administrator.
  • Clerical duties including filing, creation of documents, arranging deliveries, and other duties as assigned by the Administrator
  • Provide central communication role in emergency situations
  • Assist tenants with a wide range of tasks including but not limited to, filling out forms, phone calls, etc.
  • Input work order information into the specified database
  • All other clerical duties related to reception
Qualifications:
    • Proven customer service and reception skills including excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Greek
    • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills
    • Computer skills including demonstrated proficiency in MS office
    • Experience with multi-line telephone, and mail administration
    • Post secondary education in office administration or equivalent
