We're looking for top-tier Administrative Assistants to join our growing team - people who aren't just good butexceptional at what they do. What You'll Do:

  • Manage schedules, calendars, inboxes, and travel arrangements with military precision
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and vendors
  • Support clients using construction project management software (JobTread, Buildertrend, etc.)
  • Assist with customer service - prompt, polished, and solution-oriented
  • Help streamline processes, organize digital files, and handle day-to-day admin tasks
  • Stay five steps ahead at all times, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in the building, construction, contracting, or renovation industry (any capacity)
  • Highly organized You love systems, efficiency, and bringing order to chaos
  • Detail-obsessed You catch the things others miss
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Professional communicator Your written and verbal communication skills are A+++
  • Customer service driven You go above and beyond to deliver excellence
  • Self-starter You're proactive, resourceful, and don't need hand-holding
  • Tech-savvy You're confident using productivity tools (G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Trello, etc.)

We would consider the following additional assets:

  • Familiarity with project management tools (JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar) strongly preferred
  • Number Cruncher. Experience with bookkeeping tasks and experience with Quickbooks
  • Online would be considered an asset.

Compensation:

  • Full Time or Part Time 15 to 40 hours per week(Weekday daytime hours)
