You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks as a member of the Client Services team, which oversees the management of the agency’s marketing client accounts.
Skills
- Full command of MS Office suite software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective and methodical priority management
- Team player who is attentive to detail
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements
- DEC, AEC, or DEP in secretarial studies, office technology, administration, or related fields
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (level 3/5 in English due to our Anglophone clientele)
- Asset: work experience at an advertising agency or a service-oriented company
Main responsibilities
- Support for senior account coordinators
- Send documents on various client platforms
- Coordinate, submit, and monitor project progress with regulatory bodies (PAAB and ASC)
- Oversee training sessions with interns on industry regulations
- Perform administrative tasks such as sending packages, preparing purchase orders, transcribing and preparing quotes, and task management during peak periods
