About the Role :

Join us at ATCO Electric as an Administrative Assistant (Clerk III). As a valuable member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, where you will be challenged to excel and make a difference.

What You’ll Do :

  • Apply strong organizational skills to proactively support department’s business functions and project administration processes.
  • Periodic maintenance of routine reports using established templates and processes.
  • Drafting correspondence, managing document processes and maintaining records and manuals.
  • Manage and coordinate furniture and equipment inventory including IT inventory.
  • Manage and maintain records efficiently, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
  • Process financial transactions such as travel and credit cards.
  • Process work orders, track and verify invoices and support budget processes.
  • Facilitate office support functions and act as a receptionist as needed, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.
  • Manage office calendars and ensure calendars are up to date.
  • Support the department with the timekeeping process, enter time exceptions and run monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Assist with special events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate meetings, domestic and international travel, and prepare expense reports.

What You’ll Bring :

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Databases, Word, and Excel.
  • 1 year experience in a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple requests.
