Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the City of Calgary.
  2. Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
  3. Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry to ensure smooth office workflows.
  4. Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring resources are available as needed.
  5. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  6. Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
  7. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Qualifications:
  1. Over 2 years of proven experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably within a public sector or government environment.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
