A financial services group in Centre-du-Québec is looking for an Administrative Support professional for a temporary position. The role entails supporting management with scheduling, document production, and event logistics. Candidates should have a trade school diploma, at least two years of experience, and fluency in French. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including flexible vacation and a pension plan.
Temporary position for one year and 2 months.
The incumbent supports the general manager and/or the manager(s) of a small-sized caisse in carrying out various administrative support and secretarial activities, as per managers' detailed instructions. He or she assists with carrying out management activities, as needed. More specifically, you will be required to:
