Administrative Assistant at ZDK & Company LLP

Location: Concord, ON L4K 4M3
Salary: $27.25 hourly / 35 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Schedule: Day, Morning, Overtime, Weekend
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible
Vacancies: 2 vacancies
Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities

Tasks:

  1. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments
  3. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  4. Answer electronic inquiries
  5. Compile data, statistics, and other information
  6. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  7. Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  8. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  9. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  10. Perform data entry
  11. Provide customer service
  12. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
