Location: Northwest Toronto
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30 hours/week (up to 40 hours/week during administrator vacations)
Salary: $17.60 to 18.00 per hour
Start Date: August 5, 2025

Position Summary:
We are seeking an efficient and reliable Administrative Housekeeping Associate to support the clinical activities of our 20 midwives and the administrative work of our 3 administrators.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the professional appearance and organization of the clinic space
  • Monitor and organize clinical and office supplies
  • Prepare supply packages for clients and midwives
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Complete accurate and timely data entry
  • Collaborate with the admin and midwifery teams while working independently

Qualifications:

  • Must live in Toronto or nearby (within commuting distance)
  • Must have valid authorization to work in Canada (work permit required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a team setting
  • Language skills other than English are an asset
