Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.

The opportunity

As part of our Community Support Services (CSS) team, you’ll provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery to clients across the Toronto region.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to internal/external information requests and sort incoming mail

Prepare and distribute reports, requisitions, and purchase orders

Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and conduct research

Answer and direct calls/messages professionally

Draft memos, reports, presentations, and agreements

Proofread documents for accuracy and compliance

Organize and record meeting minutes

Manage files in a case management system and process invoices

Support special projects and provide backup to other admin staff

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or diploma in a related field

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced, large organization

Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organization

Ability to multitask under pressure and collaborate across all levels of staff

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe

Location: 151 Mill St Toronto ON

Wage: $24.00 -$25.00
