Position: Administrative Assistant in Capital Markets
Type: 4 Days onsite, 1 Day Working from Home
Location: Downtown Toronto, ON
Industry: Financial Services
Pay and Hours: $26-30 per hour, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Company and The Role:
Our client is a leading financial services firm located in downtown Toronto. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Capital Markets team. Responsibilities include preparing meeting materials and presentations, managing correspondence, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, keeping attendance records, processing invoices and expense reports, maintaining files, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

  • The ideal candidate is resourceful, friendly, calm under pressure, proactive, well-organized, and a good problem solver. They should be comfortable managing multiple workflows that vary in demand, enjoy teamwork, be service-oriented, and handle confidential information with discretion.
