As the Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Human Resources Coordinator and will work approximately 24 hours bi-weekly. The division is open to flexible work schedules, or arrangements which can be discussed.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, including front reception duties as the first point of contact, overseeing all administrative tasks at the site and possess the ability to navigate multiple data and reporting systems with ease.

A day in the life of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Assist with timekeeping in the operations pay system
  • Generating reports for leadership team
  • Filing records in physical and digital file storage systems
  • Scanning, copying, distributing information
  • General reception duties

For this role, you'll come equipped with:
  • Administrative Assistant post secondary certification
  • Or at least 5 years relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, and One Drive)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

The hourly rate for this position is: $22.60 - $25.00 per hour.
