Job description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with demonstrated experience in providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to efficiently manage office tasks and support team members.

This is a Full-time work from home opportunity – US timings/ shift

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to project documentation and communication.
  • Manage and enhance our online presence through social media channels.
  • Handling calls, making notes, coordinating and taking action on it. Scheduling appointments.
  • Experience in email marketing, Social Media marketing and creative writing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM portals like ZOHO if not then some knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Managing email templates, CRM entries, and potentially adding hyperlinks to brand websites.
  • Technical expertise in handling CRMs and automation systems.
  • Creating designs through Canva
Requirements
  • Must have your own device (Desktop or Laptop)
  • Stable internet connection (at least 20 MBPS)
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational & time management skills
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP and CRM portal like ZOHO.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained.
