On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Administrative Assistant for a classic role.

Administrative Assistant - Job Description :

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the TIS Executive Management Team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and organization.

Administrative Assistant - Responsibilities :

  • Independently provide administrative support for 2-3 TIS Executive Management Team members (VPs and up to SVP)
  • Handle a wide range of administrative duties, tasks, and requests
  • Manage calendar to ensure maximum time efficiency
  • Coordinate and arrange complicated meetings, conferences, and functions
  • Produce and assist with various documents / presentations using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Participate in leadership meetings and capture meeting notes, action items, and key decisions
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and respond to schedule changes
  • Submit and track requests for team activities such as onboarding and office moves
  • Manage time entry and vacation schedules

Administrative Assistant - Mandatory Skills :

  • Relevant education and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the administrative field supporting executive-level leaders
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Internet navigation, email, and general computer use
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to handle confidential material with discretion
  • Administrative Assistant – Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Previous experience supporting C-suite level executives or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an IT department, Oil & Gas organization, or with Enbridge
  • Administrative Assistant – Assignment Length :
