- Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years
Tasks
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Prepare comprehensive reports and affidavits and maintain records
- Work Term : Permanent
- Hours : 35 to 40 hours per week
