Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail - prepare weekly mailbag.
Type and proofread documents, reports, and draft presentations using Microsoft Office.
Assist with data entry tasks, order and maintain office supplies.
Book travel for Kent Head Office and Operations as required.
Handle inquiries and address customer concerns as required.
Provide information and assistance to visitors, employees, and customers as required.
Ensure a positive and efficient experience for all interactions.
