Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and practices.
  • Experience with customer service and/or administrative tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail - prepare weekly mailbag.
  • Type and proofread documents, reports, and draft presentations using Microsoft Office.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, order and maintain office supplies.
  • Book travel for Kent Head Office and Operations as required.
  • Handle inquiries and address customer concerns as required.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors, employees, and customers as required.
  • Ensure a positive and efficient experience for all interactions.
