A recruitment technology provider in Ottawa is seeking an experienced administrative professional. The role requires coordination of various administrative tasks including budget support and documentation management, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office applications and SAP. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency of the division.
Tasks
Using a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Excel, and OneDrive, as well as the SAP solution, the Contractor’s resource must perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
Mandatory: 2+ years of experience, High School diploma or equivalent.
