Job summary

A recruitment technology provider in Ottawa is seeking an experienced administrative professional. The role requires coordination of various administrative tasks including budget support and documentation management, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office applications and SAP. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. Job description

Tasks

Using a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Excel, and OneDrive, as well as the SAP solution, the Contractor’s resource must perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate the Division’s administrative activities, specifically budget, accounting, and contracting support;
  • Assist with the preparation and review of the Division’s budget information;
  • Monitor expenditures against plans;
  • Review expenditure requests for reasonableness and compliance with policies;
  • Administer travel and expense claims and prepare payment authorizations;
  • Review contracting documentation and support contract coordination and monitoring;
  • Manage the Division’s documentation and records in the Office’s SharePoint-based system;
  • Provide administrative services including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;
  • Perform other administrative activities as required.

Mandatory: 2+ years of experience, High School diploma or equivalent.
